Refund policy

• Sale Items: These are final, so NO exchanges or refunds.
• Delivery Acceptance: Once your order is delivered, it’s considered final.
  While cash refunds aren’t available, you can return the item within 3 days for store credit (valid for 3 months) or exchange it for another item within 3-days.
• Return or Exchange Delivery Fee: AED 10. 
• Exchange Eligibility: To exchange, the item needs to be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase!
• How to Exchange: You can easily start an exchange through our Return & Exchange Portal on the website or just send us a message on WhatsApp at 0561440906. We'll send the exchanged item right to your address.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please check your order when it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or wrong, just reach out to us right away and we’ll fix it!
