Request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Store credit:
Valid for 3 months. No monetary refunds for change of mind.

Delivery fee:
AED 10 per eligible return or exchange.

Sale items:
No change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Contact us promptly. Applicable remedies are provided at no cost. The restrictions above do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
